We are a shoes-free clinic. Boot trays are provided at each of our entrances so you can leave the wetness and dirt from outside in one spot. We appreciate your consideration with this!
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. We may be finishing up with someone so please take a seat in our cozy reception area. If you arrive and the door is locked please be assured we are either finishing up with someone or have stepped out of the office for a few minutes and will be sure to greet you at your appointment time. Please note: We are open by appointment only.
Our Cancellation Policy: Our online scheduling calendar provides automatic confirmations and reminders 12-24 hours in advance of a booked appointment and it is up to you to notify us of any changes/cancellations within 8-12 hours. Due to high demand for appointments during certain times of the day we keep a cancellation list and need ample time to be able to offer a cancelled session to someone who has been waiting. You can contact us by phone or email and we will rebook you to the next convenient appointment time.
We do recognize that life happens and there may be occasional circumstances where someone is simply unable to give sufficient notice of cancellation... if this happens to you it will be up to individual practitioners to decide whether or not to apply a fee. Missed appointment fees are not covered by any extended health insurance.
Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Fees:
First occurrence: $25
Second occurrence: half the cost of your scheduled service
Third occurrence: full cost of your scheduled service and the loss of online booking privileges
If You're Running Behind: Please let us know. We will do our best to give you the full time you have booked however this is not always possible. You will be responsible for the full cost of your appointment if you arrive late.
Cellular devices: Please turn off your cell phone ringer while in the waiting area and treatment rooms. We're a cozy, intimate environment and loud noises can often be intrusive to other clients. If you absolutely need to have your phone handy please let us know and we can set it to vibrate so you don't miss any emergency calls.
Scents: Due to the nature of some of our treatments we are unable to offer a scent free environment however we do ask that clients refrain from wearing heavily scented colognes or perfumes. Any scents we use in the clinic are naturally derived and therefore not as noxious/harmful as manufactured perfumes and colognes.
Is This Your First Appointment With One of Our Practitioners?: If so, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your booked appointment in order to fill out some paperwork. If you are submitting your receipts to an extended health insurance plan, please make sure to bring all relevant insurance information with you (insurance card & physician's referral if required) as well as copies of any x-ray reports, CAT scans, or referrals from other health practitioners. This gives us more information to fine tune your care.
